    Do you have a crash every now and then after you teleport? If so, this is a regression to a previous patch done in 2.2 that fixed these issues.

    No, it's kind of just a constant thing. Really jerky movement, abilities on my hotbar not lighting up, neither an enemy or I take damage for what seems an eternity and then it all happens at once. The dc symbol appears over my head about half a dozen times per hour and then the game comes back. I'm on PS3 also and they had a maintenance this week too so I'm not sure if it's related to that. I don't think it is because my partner is on PC and is getting some of the same issues (although I don't think as bad).

    there was never a patch, so there was never a regression

    the issue has always been in the amd drivers.

    Lag, Rubber Banding and Frame Stutter can have a variety of causes. Some are on SE end, others your end and still others are caused by the 3rd parties between you and the datacenter. Understanding what is happening can make fixing things and dealing with them easier.
