    Of course, I was just speculating - I have no evidence that Lucia is Garlean, but I am just weary of blonde characters with forehead coverings!

    Ah, good point. It's more likely that I remembered wrong. Livia was known for her daddy issues. (Your link doesn't seem to work, by the way.)
