Wait, so if you are in a party. And someone didn't press commence during a duty, that count as a penalty too?

Also I don't get your 1st scenario. Why did you get a 30 minutes penalty for nothing pressing commence? Did you enter and then left? Wouldn't that count as 30 minutes penalty only and doesn't effect the commence that have to happen 3 times?

Short story: Anyone who doesn't commence or press withdraw will inflict penalty on all party member. I did ask that ls mate and tank, and they did say getting same penalty.

And no, I haven't left party yet when that happened.

And... every strikes will nail you a 30 minutes penalty.

I think the 3 strikes would led to full day penalty, but I haven't found that out yet.

I guess this only happen if the party is not full, since I didn't get any penalty when in a Ramuh Extreme party and someone was afk. Still, this doesn't look like it is working as intended and leave for lots of room to troll or force people to come to Dungeon with them. Especially now with Ninja and how it work you still get penalty when someone did it and not yourself. Hopefully the maintain down time will address this issue.
