Why not Snap > Snap > DK/Twin > Twin/DK > Demo? It works and your demolish benefits from all your buffs except x-potion. You can't get in 5 GCDs if you pop the pot because of animation delay/lock.

Because Demo has a higher potency than snap punch. 70 (base hit) + 240 (from full dot ticks 40x6). Snap only hits for 180. So, Demo-Snap-Snap-DK-Twin allows you to follow up with bootshine-true strike-demolish (yes you are going to clip the demo from perfect balance at like 4 seconds to put up another demo with GL3, B4B, IR, and X-Pot). So instead of 180 potency from snap punch, you are getting 230~270 from demolish. Hope that makes sense.
