Move ToD to the end if your GCD's are delayed at all after the second Snap or if your SkSpd is extremely low. Depending on your teams comp you can ask for your SCH to use Selene's SkSpd+ skill at the start instead of its standard SpSpd+ to make up for the lack of SkSpd. Anyone using HA Claws should have enough SkSpd by quite a bit.
