The whole thing confuses me right now. In FFXIV right now, every job takes the form of a Soul Crystal that, when applied to a class, allows that class to take the form of an advanced class, or a "Job". This is explained by classes being something everyone can use, and Jobs only being usable by the "Warrior of Light". This is largely due to classes being masters of the use of a certain weapon or magic style, while Jobs take on greater role, expanding on the use of that weapon or magic style.

A classless Dark Knight seems to imply that only a Warrior of Light can wield 2-handed swords and no one else. It... makes no sense at all. I'm just waiting for someone in the development team to explain what the heck they mean by a classless Job. I mean, does a Dark Knight just have the ability to override any class? Are we going to start seeing DRK BSMs and MINs?
