The disrespect Tanaka gets here for one bad game that was rushed after working on tons of amazing games prior to that is utterly ridiculous.

I've loved Tanaka and his ideas and designs ever since I played FFIII for the NES, he is the one that created the job system as we know it for Final fantasy games and one of the four main developers to create this franchise we all like so much along with Sakaguchi, Uematsu and Ito.

Even if XIV was incomplete at launch, I think any FF fan should always respect him.

And I'll always miss him on every square game, same as I miss Sakaguchi and Matsuno.
