    Thingsi, on most jobs, most of those 10 cross class skills are pointless and not worth using, theres only a limited selection worth having on pretty much all jobs, some are pretty mandatory also. Raging strikes, Swiftcast, Quellng strikes, etc. rest are pretty much useless as cross class skills. For example, why would you take Cure as SCH or even SMN?

    Because Yoshi want to get rid of the Armory system, in 1.0 it made sense for several reasons: There where other skills, those that were the same worked differently and the combat system was different. Of course what we have now doesn't work, because the current system is designed to phase out the Armory system as Yoshi hasn't made a single change to the game to encourage the Armory, more like just the opposite.
