Only part I get a good chuckle at in regards to some of the vanity recipes are that near the high end of difficulty, are people that pay the extra gil for the HQ version. For the new glowey primal weapons, yea, I can see wanting HQ for that since it makes an "ok" weapon. But why would you fork over nearly double the gil for an HQ coeurl bikini?

If something exists, people are likely willing to pay for it. To me, that's the long and short of it.

It's like buying a designer brand or something, if I had to make an analogy. I doubt anyone's going to the Market Boards and saying "This particular Nightgown sucks because it's NQ" or anything but it's definitely more appealing to some people to get the one with the shiny symbol on it. Psychology is weird.
