Vanity isn't just for the rich!

Vanya Silk? Twinthread? Demimateria II? Seriously, enough with limiting vanity to the ultra-rich or ultra-high-level-in-everything players. This is unacceptable. You have no idea how to do a crafting OR a vanity system correctly, and you've shown it multiple times over the past half year or so.

I understand the desire to have high-end, 'luxury' vanity, and would have absolutely no problem with it.. if you were to actually balance it with lower-craft-level vanity gear as well. But you don't. Everything purely vanity in this game requires ridiculously high crafting skill level, or tons of money.

Figure it out.

Funny you're saying this is too expensive or hard to make. Just yesterday when I read the patch notes I said to my friend "OMG The Bridesmaid and Best man stuff isn't super annoying to craft, just some potash and demimateria II!"

Seriously it's just 2 star and some demimateria that was - until this patch was announced - like 10k per piece on my server, they've gone up a bit now as people are preparing but it'll go back down soon.

Those are actually stupidly cheap compared to recipes they have released previously. Demi 2's are a joke to get, come back when they require demi 3's instead.

All of those are pretty cheap and easy to get. Twinthread doesn't even take myth/philo mats to make.

Actually, chances are high that all the new recipes will be 4 star... meaning you'll need to first make the new crafting gear just to have a chance to NQ... heaven forbid you don't have your crafting set materia'd.

Those items posted are pretty easy nowadays to get, but the prices probably hiked up now.

If you are a 50 GSM who can easily craft 50* Rose Gold Nuggets and Aetheryte Rings, and if you can easily obtain the Gold Ore via mining or buying, sure.

That's likely not easy for a large portion of the game's playerbase, I'd wager.

The point is, there should be easy, low-level craftable vanity-only gear to help offset the high-end elite stuff, period. And there isn't.
