again, CON has the ability to use 4 raises, so why can't we use them? WHM can use it's 4 raises and 3 RR...so why can't CON, in a game that is supposedly more casual friendly, use it's 4 or even 3 raises...

Because having 32 raises in one party is stupid and broken.
