You are insulting the player and their friends. BTW, you are NOT giving advice. I bet you get into arguments in low level dungeons with newbies all the time with attitude for advice like that, and then turn around and say they don't listen or take advice.

Here is the real advice. The people with experience and clears need to be more open to taking on newer players and newbies and helping them learn and earn their clear. This is what the community needs to do, to come together and help everyone make progress. But instead we have clear seller motivating RMTs. And you are still insulting their friends. You are accusing them of "not bothering to help". Their friends want to help, but they can not. And even for friends who raid and have the skill and experience, they can not help, if they are already in a static for SCOB, they will be pissing off their other friends in the static if they clear a turn with a non static member, because they would be locked too.

The remark to "Go find a group that will" is irresponsible and hurtful. When you look on the PF for the group, all you see the recruiting for people with cleared experience or no newbies wanted etc. How is anyone supposed to get a clear when they do not have one already?

Reducing the content difficulty will indirectly reduce the barrier to people getting a group. And even then T5 on the PF are usually parties asking for people with T5 clears no myth bonus, with the occassional clear party know divebombs PF. We need people to be more inclusive and not exclude people without prior clears.

It depends on what server you are on really. Some servers dont care and are happy to welcome newcomers and help them progress. Others, like Balmung, have people that want nothing to do with noob's or want to be paid to help them.

Its all very elitist pending on which server and the only real way you can progress through endgame is an FC group or a dedicated static, which few statics are willing to accept new people who arent in 2nd coil on Balmung and most people who have cleared and can help but wont because they are in a static. Its all really frustrating.

I've never had the vibe from our server. Just because RareX sales runs doesn't mean the whole server does. Come on man. Also keep in mind we are at the end of a 6 month cycle. In the last month very few people are going to be interested in starting second coil.

Youre kidding right? If I did a tally of how many groups who were selling T5 or higher runs over a weeks time period, it would be well over twenty or thirty, each with different people most of the time running the PF group.

If you want to prove me wrong and that people are willing to run, and can pass T5 without getting paid then I will believe that our server isnt full of endgame elitists who are only interested in their static and money and eat my own words. Till then, our server is full of endgame elitists. ._.

It more of a proception that sticks really when you see all the messages PF etc you get a sense of it even if it not the whole truth to the matter more negitive than positive. I'm surprise people who want to keep the diffcultly as is, support the sells of the content in place that doesn't help improve peoples ability to clear content either imo though its also a way to milk people as long as possible also if said content wasn't adjusted either.

I agree whole heartedly w/ Tiggy. I have seen plenty of learning groups or clear groups in the PF on our server. My group is still progressing on SCoB and we pick up a random or 2 every week clearly stating when we are learning a turn. That being said once we clear and have a turn on farm we also put in the description not a learning party. Nobody wants to take a step backwards w/ inexperienced players when you have already grinded your way to farming it.
