Not that big of a deal.
You don't HAVE to repair gear.
Oh I don't mind sinking all the time I can scrap on weekends, that's what weekends are for.
Except that I don't like to sink it waiting for repairs in town just because masochists love a good spank.

The fact that people are complaining about having to do repairs after returning means this was a step in the right direction since now people will have more reason to try not to die. The only thing this system is missing is something like dying 3 times in damaged gear will cause the gear to break and disappear from inventory.![]()
So when are you supposed to wear your good gear, if you're not supposed to wear it when doing more difficult content? Just to show off in town?
I'd be more okay with this if they could repair every slot, but they can't repair accessories, which is really, really annoying.
I understand what this game's version of the repair system is trying to accomplish, but it could certainly use some refinement.
