The fact is old content like coil HAS to be nerfed eventually simply because it will eventually be impossible for people to find anyone else to run it with if it remains at current difficulty.

That's what actually is happening and the top tier raider fail to notice that because they are too busy raiding the latest coil and had too little time to spare for the casual maybe they do once in a while but after 2 months later no body will start forming party and learn how to clear old content is know the fight or get kick yea you can try party finder but good luck getting the raid filled

The top tier raiders are bored to tears. My friends and I have been having fun doing what we've dubbed 'Terror Queue', where we go in with a partial party to old content (TitanX, T5, etc.) and see if we're able to carry and get people their first clears.

Spoilers: GarudaX is harder than TitanX or T5 to do in DF. Imagine that!

If the people who came here to post about how hard coil is and it should be nerfed and instead used that time and energy to form a party to clear it, they wouldn't need to come on here to post about how hard it is and how it should be nerfed because they would have defeated it.

Every raid encounter is pattern memorization and how to deal with individual mechanics, then string it together. It is also designed to be overcome by those who put in the time to work on it.

By gear meaning new soldiery gear for 2.4 but waiting for 1 month to be able to upgrade some thing will end up making player lose interests in the game there for losing sub so the way to fix this is to make it 10% or 20% easier for the causal to keep them interested not everyone is like you been a top tier raider

But they are implementing echo 3-4 weeks after the patch and that is safely assuming the casual can deal with one shot mechanics. Every 1-2 weeks you should be able to pick up an upgrade with tome gear, assuming that they use the same formula.

If they are serious about clearing it without the echo buff then is a no problem like my raid we just recently created the raid and we manage to clear all the way to t8 but still learning how to clear t9 but that does not stop us from trying to clear it the hard way if they do give us the echo buff we can alway "right click echo buff" to take away the buff and do it the legit way is that simple but the duty finder will disagree of coz they will want the echo so is some thing the casual will have to deal with it

Oh so, when someone gets petrified, they won't die instantly. So now you can't just insta-kill them if they get Voice or Shriek. It's a double-edged sword!

Did they mention anything about the renauds? T1/T2 was nerfed because they felt the fights relied too heavily on bards; surprised there's no mention of the renauds when most groups rely on bard or summoner to kite them.

Out of seriousness, it was pretty funny to do t5 with my current gear I have 10k hp as a paladin in t5 with echo kinda felt easy still die because healer can't keep up so easy it's not like it's easy as hell there a lot of thing to remember like dodging twister and stuff so echo and all these nerf is not much of a big deal
