You can get iLevel90 gear in many different ways. And even if you tanked every dungeon and instance up to Tam-tara HM only once each, you will still be new to tanking. It take a lot more time and practice to get used to tanking properly.

...This is why I don't queue for DF as a healer. I might keep everyone alive, but that's just too much pressure for what? 1 recommendation? Crafting mat at the end?

And with attitude like this, it is no wonder that people are not getting their practice, but instead getting leveled by by fates and geared by hunts.
