Beggers cannot be choosers you say?

Odd. My party finder group for Ramuh Extreme last night got filled fast last night. My requirements were the following:

Multiple runs for the loot.
Serious play with high-level gear.
Custom field said: Do not join if you have no prior wins, you will be booted if you hold back group or are trying to get carried for a win.

My PF group took less than 10 minutes to fill while I watched Netflix. I had two /tells from 2 players who never beat the fight and only made it to the Adds phase - aka new players. I told them they could not join.

The players who joined my PF, however, all had clears and we were able to successfully farm Ramuh Extreme for a long period of time.

I certainly did not have any issues picking who I wanted. The players that joined were those who wanted to farm, met the requirements, and had the skills to do multiple efficient runs. I did not beg people to join my PF since they joined at their own accord to accomplish the objective: farming.

As far as I am concerned, the one's begging from last night's situation were the two new players who only made it to Adds phase, hoping they could get carried for their first win.
