U mean a lot of "mercy of RNG"? heavy movement or static movement fights, BLM DPS is more about firestarter procs aka RNG. U ever experienced very very low firestarter procs in static movement fights that makes ur DPS dipped down to heavy movement fights DPS scale?

BLM DPS is not at the mercy of RNG. Getting or not getting a FS proc isn't a massive boost to your overall DPS. It normalizes.

He's right though. It would only be a massive boost if the duration of the fight is very short. But in a fight like T8 procs and crits balance each other out.
