    That is not segregation by any stretch of the imagination. Anyone that can tank and/or heal being invited to join your party, but you don't know until you actually try it as to whether if they can really tank or heal, and people can easily switch roles when they are in party. I've seen people join parties and then ask if someone can be a beter DPS so they can heal or tank or whatever. It is more of communication mechanism to the world about want kind of party composition is being put together.

    As soon as you start restricting which classes and ilvls are appropriate for your PF, you are beginning to segregate potential members from the prospective member population. Please do keep in mind that words like segregation and discrimination have neutral meanings and are not intrinsically negative in all contexts.
