PLD BiS is i110 STR not ruby

But besides WARs opener I always feel more comfortable with hate on PLD on longer fights like Coil.

Id consider BiS the items you use for the hardest content in the game, which is savage coil right now and that is 110 vit, 30 vit spec, acc cap, everything else marginal.
