Your wish was granted, Tataru successfully returns from her ventures time and time again to build the Scions' fortune (one gil at a time) with Sea Cucumbers and Malm Kelp. She also brings back a Gysahl Ring, once, which is certainly an interesting piece of gear, but of no use to anyone.
