How much DPS does Selene actually add?

I really should ask Ariyala to change that value as it isn't true. Spell Speed is closer to 0,065 for summoner, which makes it even more worse. Summoner BiS builds are under 400 Spell Speed which makes Selene less than 1% of a DPS buff for summoners.

Can only imagine what would happen if SS was changed to affect the DoT ticks of SMN spells...
