    Instead of tokens dropping directly, they could make it so people can trade unwanted weapons for tokens.

    ^this but here is where you actually need a gating system. If I'm a DRG, and roll on MNK HA weapon, sure I can trade it in for my DRG Spear but i feel it should be a one time only situation because then people would be getting weapons every week and have 9 high allagan weapons. Do it once to guarantee your weapon then the rest is uo to how much you want to farm. MNK has his HA already and it drops again, win the roll and turn them in for your spear.
