3. It forces players to learn an encounter to a degree that is just ridiculous. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't have to learn that pushing a boss from X% to Y% before he uses Z ability causes a wipe.
4. Learning how to phase push properly is fight dependent, and serves no added depth to the combat system in general.
There's a thing called "stop attacking when it gets around the %" not "keep beating on it and complain when you wipe"
