whats up with the rmt all the sudden?

Apparently SE can't figure out how to stop people from spamming tells like most other MMO's have figured out.

? I'm curious as to what the other games use as an anti-RMT system. I know you still get /1, /2, corpse, and occasionally /w RMT ads in games like WoW. Unless you mean the "Report Spam" function, of which it doesn't "stop" them from doing it.
