I have a little problem with my chocobo. This mornign I woke up and the bird changed to Dalamud Red from Rolanberry Red. Could help me to change Dalamud Red ---> Soot Black?
Sorry for bad english and thanks for your help.
If the amount of fruits come from doing math you should empty all of them regardless how many message might pop.about feather message proc,i never encounter the situation when the message pop and then the result end up in no change. As long as at least 1 message pop the color will always change and everyfruit you've fed after that will have message pop UNLESS one of the number of RGB hit capped if that happen all i can say is that session was screwed ... Cause it mess RGB number you've calculated so far and the feather proc messeage mostly stop ...I am going crazy trying to get ink blue, but I'm still stuck in a regal purple/royal blue loop! I've tried some suggestions, but I'm still getting the same results. Ant suggestions? And when you say to give a certain amount of fruits, should I be counting how many actual fruits I feed, or just the ones that give me the new feathers message?

Any advice is welcomed. I've got about 3 hours to see what 1x valfruit from morbol green is going to get me.Alright, STILL trying to get soot black.
I'm sitting at morbol green right now. I followed this chart (https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/18...661/vBZmlD.png) to get from currant purple trying to get to marsh green, but I had to feed 4x pears to get the feather messaging, so I had a feeling I'd overshoot it a little, and I was right.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get to soot black from morbol green? I feel like I'm so close here.
try 7 pear 7 berry 2 plum | Feeding order : 1 pear -> 1 berry then repeat until both of them empty then 2 plum
There's a chance you'll get one of the dark shade color.if you get the result you need, please post the picture, thank you.
Hello there, now taking care of my second chocobo and trying to get from Turquoise green to Morbol Green, anybody has an advice to give ? (if you need a picture of turquoise green, I can make one)
Can any say me how i come from rolandberry red to midnight blue? i come last to days from dalam. red to rolandberry red, then to regal purple then back to dalam. red then back to rolandberry red then back to regal purple than again back to dalam. red.... x.x ?
Hello there,
you have to consider that Shadow blue is, in fact, more a really dark purple than a blue (I know, name is confusing). I wasn't going for Soot black at all but Currant Purple
.
This was my journey which lead me to shadow blue.. Turning around it and being back to it, you'll see by yourself that trying to get a blue blue won't help you :
I decided to return to Shadow Blue after the last Charcoal grey.. You see how fast I went back to it.
I figure that might also help other people to achieve some other colors as I didn't saw any charts with charcoal grey, Mole brown or woad blue yet.

3 Doman plums took me from Slate grey to Cereleum Blue. According to the calculator now, 7 pears 5 berries and 4 apples should take me there to Morbol Green, which is what I have just fed it.
So.. my friend is stuck in a royal blue/regal purple loop, and he's trying to get it to be ink blue. I believe he's been using the darkening fruits over lightening ones, but seeing as royal seems to be at the deep end of the blue, maybe he should try using -red/green/blue? I'm not sure. He's been getting very irritated with his multiple attempts at changing colors only to yield royal blue/regal purple...
