QFT. I don't know why people want to think it's 41% out of 100 attempts. Every time you roll, you roll from zero

If it is an actual 41% chance, then you expect the results to be 41 out of 100. That's literally what a percent is, a ratio out of 100. Saying 41% is the exact same thing as saying 41/100.
