What's your opinion on the "Shoulder Tackle" skill for Monks?

I'm not sure when you started to play MNK. I just wanted to point out that shoulder tackle had its CD reduced by rather a large margin. I don't remember what the CD used to be.

Used to be 90 seconds which made it borderline useless.
