Good guess but no. Pic is from June. Was probably i105-106 at the time. Still only i108 w/ Rosenbogen (and way below acc cap for t8-9 without food and/or downgrading gear). That said, I've since switched to SMN main because we had no caster for a while. :P

I recalled you cleared T8 ahead of my grp and back then I noted you are close to full set so I thought you'd be full BiS already

I need tips too. I'm very frustrated with my DPS no matter how much I change my rotations and when I pop cooldowns. Done both with macros and manual. Manual provide slight increase. Basically I'm averaging dummy at 330 w/ no food and pots and this is until I've used up all TP. Here is my gear setup now. http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/NFV3

No way anyone could tell without watching what you do though. You might need to record a video of your parse. i104 with i110 weapon drawing 330 without food is seriously on the low side.
