BRD DPS (And how to improve mine!)

On a slightly related topic, but not one in need of its own thread, I've just started leveling an archer as my first Dow alt and first DPS role to actually use after just tankng and leveling other classes for cross skills for my war. I started placing my bonus stats in str automatically without giving it much thought, assuming this would be the right thing to do for DSP.

I'm still on early levels but realised I should have been putting my stats on Dex. Its only 4 extra on str so far, but are these being completely wasted? Should I spend the seals to reset or wait until end game as I don't want to be a strain on my team with lower damage now I've started reaching the level requirements to run dungeons, but for 4 points, I don't know how noticeable it will be. How have you guys used stats while leveling?
