- Allow vote dismiss during battle. (confirmed patch 2.35)

I know they are already implementing this, but I would only agree to vote dismiss during battle under the following conditions and then I will explain why:
- There is no option to choose AFK, Harassment, Offline, and whatever that other choice is. there should be NO option to kick anyone except for if they are AFK. period. If the person is offline, that is the same as an AFK because they aren't there
- The person being kicked for being AFK has to have had no combat activity for X amount of time. If the person is in combat and is actively fighting or healing, then they cannot be kicked, because obviously if you're healing or fighting you're not afk

Being able to jus vote dismiss someone like you can in a dungeon is going to get abused like no tomorrow. Reason why? There are ALOT Of sensitive, carebears and douches in this game who, if they don't like the way you talk, will try to vote kick you out. and your party members are not going to look at the reason, they are just going to click the kick button and continue with their day. so hopefully when SE puts this in, they had this in mind that the ONLY reason to be kicked is if you are actually AFK and if you've really been out of combat for X amount of time. however this can also be abused if the person is defending a base and obviously they are out of combat because nothing has attacked the base yet. i dunno. I just hope SE is smart with it because getting all of a sudden kicked out of a game in the middle of fighting Adders for Temple, just because someone didn't like what you said in chat would be the dumbest pvp design ever.

i think you misread my post. you can't even afk for 15min in FL as it autokicks you anyway for inactivity. my post said the person can only be kicked if they have been out of combat for X amount of time, so if you die and dont res or you just stand in a corner, you're out of combat and can be kicked.

This is false.

I had to report a player because when the match started, this player ran to an enemy Outpost, dies, and then stays dead by refusing to take the respawn res. He was never kicked after being dead for the whole game. He was also spewing nonsense in the chat.

The GM said it was a grief tactic and an investigation was issued out against this player.

and again. you misread my initial post so let me explain it in layman's terms for you. the problem with vote kick atm is people can't kick because we are pretty much 95% of the time in combat. OP said this is being fixed in the next patch. so logic tells you, that if i am talking about something that is happening in the future, i am talking about what is going to happen AT THAT TIME the change is implemented. i am not talking about now because the problem of vote kicking exists right now.i am talking about THE FUTURE WHEN VOTE KICKING WHILE IN COMBAT IS IMPLEMENTED that i would be in support of it IF in conjunction with being able to kick while in combat that the only reason was to kick inactive players and not just players that anyone saw fit such as if someone said something in chat people didn't like, to keep ppl from abusing vote kick in pvp. thus, if the system is keeping a player in combat if they haven't accepted a res or are just standing there chillin, finger-painting on a rock, then logic tells you, that would be part of the fix so we can kick them, because in pvp, the only valid reason to kick someone imo is if they are not participating a.k.a. being "afk".
