Tanks keep leaving the dungeon

30 minute penalty is more time than most any dungeon takes to complete, even with new players.

You're crazy. I've spent over an hour on some dungeons with new people, quite frequently.

Anyways, people normally have a reason to drop. If they don't like the dungeon, so be it, because you probably wouldn't want them playing through it anyways.
