Is the PS3(4?) holding back the game?

After I got PS4 all my problems are fixed - great graphics, no delays, faster loading screens. Besides having controller actually gives my advantage over PC players because I can dodge aoe better.

PC users can use the same damn controller.

We just don't because they are terrible.
