I think it's great that the people playing tank are willing to take control and lead the group through an instance.. but please communicate! Too many times assumptions are made that everyone is on the same page, which is a dangerous assumption.

I see adds not picked up, items not clicked, mobs not kited. There are absolutely people newer to these dungeons who will not necessarily know what is going on, even if they have seen that dungeon before.. Maybe they never have done it your way.

Save yourself 5-10 minutes of time, and spend 30 seconds clarifying.

I prefer to spend 30 seconds telling everyone how amazing I am, then 5-10 minutes apologizing for getting everyone killed.

I love asking if anyone doesn't know the fight/dungeon and getting no response 'till things go wrong; most players seem to need to learn how to communicate more, not just one set.

Hi, I agree we need a bit more communication, especially when there are options to take. I don't think it's a tank thing, since anyone can speak.

In most places people have already been many times, so unless somebody is new and says it or wants exp or needs the map, people don't speak much. It's much more fun when there is some communication and a fun attitude instead of complete silence. It's great to have a smooth quick run, but a run with problems but with good communication and working to solve problems is also great. Smooth quick run + fun communication is the best. (Tanks don't have much time to type normally though, unless between pulls and stopping.)

Problems + lack of communication (or bad player relationship) = nasty problems. :-)

Crystal and Syrcus Towers are places where communication is key.

I think this. This is the only game on PS that I have that you cannot use a mic on. I made up a few macros for common sayings and such, but if I need to type out something I usually don't even bother because I always get ready checked because its a cluster doing so

Grab a USB Keyboard so that it isn't such a cluster. I really don't think you're playing this game to its full potential without a one.
