I got the tank chest piece from hullbreaker isle after beating the kraken.. think I've found a new glamour piece... IF I can get a legs and feet drop that doesn't make me look like I'm wearing skinny jeans lol.. looks somewhat similar to turn 1 tank chest, but black specced instead of brown

Come on guys, SE is just worried about your health. Adventuring is hard work, you're going to need that filtered water to stay hydrated. And to make soap from that animal fat to wash off all the beastman blood.

And when you are too stressed out from all these dungeons and hunts remember - fishing has been inserted just for these problems!

Going to support this thread. I agree that mats should not be boss drops (Minimum, Filtered Water, Cooking Sherry, really!?). There's other ways to get all of that stuff through our Grand Companies, and their now-diluted pricing on the Marketboards. Please scatter those items around the dungeons like those X-pots are, and have bosses drop gear only.

Yeah I was looking forward for new glamour equipment and so far I have only seen 2 equip pieces and were for tanks only (I'm a Whitemage) my inventory is full of water filtered water and animal fat that I DONT USE.

It's a shame, since some of the gear looks nice, that SE feels we won't run the dungeons anymore after getting the gear we want. A real shame...

In the hopes of getting the new Dragoon set, I have ran Hullbreaker 30 times and haven't seen one piece of Dragoon gear drop. The majority of my runs has been philo mats.

Square Enix, we don't need nor do we want loot tables 19 items long, where the majority of the items are crafting material. There are 2 avenues available to get crafting materials, market board and seals. Change the loot tables or change the drop rate to something more sensible.

Whoever decided that crafting items were acceptable boss loot needs to be fired. Seriously. I would love to try to get some of the new gear, but after running all of the new dungeons and seeing only 2 pieces of new gear from ALL the chests (BRD top and an earring), I just don't care to.

Last boss at tamtara hm dropped "filtered water". Still, i'm pretty sure this thread will be soon forgotten and i will not be able to complete a single set...

imo, only gear should drop, but add an option to desynth loot that will change it into a crafting item.
