4 man Dungeon Loot

Whoever decided that crafting items were acceptable boss loot needs to be fired. Seriously. I would love to try to get some of the new gear, but after running all of the new dungeons and seeing only 2 pieces of new gear from ALL the chests (BRD top and an earring), I just don't care to.

While I don't think something quite extreme is necessary, I want to echo the sentiment. I really really like the look of the new dungeon gear, but with the overabundance of crafting materials, I just don't want to bother running the them. it's not worth my time. I rarely even do roulettes anymore because capping myth and soldiery is very easy now through other means.

it's a shame because I think these new dungeons are the best of the bunch, but the reward just isn't there to make them worth running.

I got the tank chest piece from hullbreaker isle after beating the kraken.. think I've found a new glamour piece... IF I can get a legs and feet drop that doesn't make me look like I'm wearing skinny jeans lol.. looks somewhat similar to turn 1 tank chest, but black specced instead of brown

Crafting materials dropping from boss chests is appalling, it's definitely making me rethink my decision to resub.

...Actually I think I figured out something that bothers me more.

It's not that the crafting mats drop - it's that they are the same mats that dropped in 2.2.

Interestingly a lot of the lower-level dungeons have unique mats that drop that are used for crafting furniture. ...Why'd that stop?

Stone Vigil HM loot for furnishing got moved to a non-boss treasure chest.

Last night, had an amazing roulette group in HI. We were tearing through sh*t in that place like a hurricane. Was the most perfect and smooth run I have had yet. Everyone did exceptionally well. Our rewards: Minimum, voidsent blood, filtered water and animal fat. Those are all from the boss chests.

Rewards well worth the effort.

Ran Stone Vigil and Tam Tara HM a few times for the new monk chest, every time I kill the last boss I had to pray that the chest won't drop crafting materials.

You know the feeling you get when you clear the dungeon, open the last chest only to see filtered water, it makes me feel like strangling someone.

Please remove all crafting materials from the boss chest, put it into the side chest, that's ok with me but not on the boss chest. I doubt there are any players that runs these dungeons for the crafting materials.

Please, community managers, could you talk with the develop team and see if there is any reason for this craft-mats invasion?
I didn't mind raiding Brayflox story-mode to complete the battle mage set and I would be happy to do the same now: I just would like to have the same amount of chance I had back then ... and I think it is the same for the majority of the players complaining about the new dungeons drops.

So far I've gotten 4 healer pieces, as well as a few other gear pieces for other jobs. From 10 runs total.
Looking at loot tables for Tam-tara Deepcroft (hard) as an example yields a >88% chance of at least one gear drop during a run, with a 40-42% chance of any individual chest dropping a piece of gear.

Run all the dungeons about 5 times each, seen 2 healers chest, 1 mage chest , and 2 healers boots. Rest is crafting matts and is driving us nuts. Some of the ingredients are worthless, sell for vendor price on MB, others have decent value but I want to get gear from dungeons, not damn crafting stuff.

I support and want a change, lower the drop rate of crafting stuff to 10%-20%.

Some is good, but when that's what people see most of the time they get discouraged.
