You're acting like I don't understand your point and I do. I get what it's like to see that piece of gear or whatever and be like "Damn...really wish I had that!", but it's a fleeting feeling and it's definitely not something to get into an uproar over. So you can't have that one glamour piece, is it really the end of the world? Do you know how many runs of Turn 1 I've done to date and not seen the Allagan Shield drop, meanwhile almost every other PLD I've seen running around at the time that it was still the "Go To" shield had it. You understood Tupsi's point with the contest rewards and Pre-order minions/hats. This is no different. Whatever item they get at Fan Fest should be limited to attendance, otherwise they may as well just slap it in a vendor in game and let you buy it for 100 gil.

I'm honestly not trying to act like a dick and I'm a pretty compassionate person, but do you not see the flaw with the argument for having all these exclusive items available for purchase in the Mog Station?
