    A little different. 1 party = 1 instance. The question is how many instances will be able to run at one time? That depends on the load the server can handle. I'm positive that SE isn't going to restrict it for the sake of restricting it. It will be based on what the server can handle.

    also, if your group wipes while in the instance, are you able to respawn somewhere inside to avoid having to wait in line again?

    just so everyone knows, if there is literally only one instanced zone of this dungeon then it not an instance at all, it is literally just dynamis (which was not an instanced dungeon).

    my biggest gripe isnt not being able to low man, its not the time limit (i like playing fast) its the fact that i have to share something that i dont in any other MMO. i really, really do not want to run into any groups while in my own dungeon crawl....

    what are you talking about? it isnt going to be 1 party = 1 instance, thats what all of these arguments are about, having to share 1 instance due to the fact that there cannot be several at once which will cause lines.

    Incoming Abyssea/Dynamis type content. Everyone can enter and monsters will likely re-spawn fairly quick if so.
    If anyone is familiar with other MMO's and certain dungeons, it's just entering an "instance" that everyone can enter, seeing other parties while inside etc.

    If they add triggers on top of this(even through decapitation), i'll be staying in FF11 that much longer.

    Edit: After re-reading that, it also leads me to believe the whole zone could end up being "taken" similar to Old-FF11 dynamis, BUT with the possibility of entering with multipe 8-man parties if they're in your group.
    If that's the case, they would have to communicate (excluding VoIP) through LS chat or say/shout since alliances don't exist. Also, no visual indicators for the other parties in the zone.

    Uhg, who knows. Let down after let down.

    Remember this is also FFXIV not wow, wow can run more then FFXIV because wow does not look that great which take less power to run.

    If it 5-10 party i wont mind in about 1week they be less then 10ppl on there.

    Oh man, I see brown clouds forming in the horizon. Though it MAY be practical some time down the road, the problem I foresee is that on this "huge" update, the only real content released is the dungeons. EVERYONE and their chocobo will be doing them at the same time, creating huge line and much backpain.

    I hope you guys have some temporary extra servers planned to pin on dungeons. Pull them off some specific spots that will probably get deserted for a bit due to this new content (don't know where, you guys are the ones monitoring that stuff. Stuff areas of the level of the dungeons, I suppose). Just until the "coolness factor" wears off, or more content is around. Otherwise, bring your coats, there's a storm coming.

    your standards are exceptionally low.
    im playing Rift casually cuz i hate WoW and the current state of this game. however, there are alot of people like myself that arent completely oblivious to how modern game mechanics work and find certain things that SE does to be a bit quirky.
    im very much ahold of myself and i find it sad if SE is not able to deliver on this patch properly.

    no dungeon qeue? i kinda figured SE would figure alot of people would want this.
