That's a nice rotation indeed, I just tried it out. It reached 99% with Normal (2916/2921 Quality - so close!) on every step on an Apkallu Omelette and that is with 362 Control, 11 more than you recommended.

If with that control you failed to reach 100% with all normal condition for touches, you did something very wrong.
