I read the whole thread, please don't assume I didn't because you misunderstood what I said.

First, they cannot be skipped by default on the first viewing, ie you cannot use the option in settings to skip the first time viewing of a cutscene, it will only skip one you have viewed(even if you manually skip it) previously. Second, it plays automatically, you have to WILLINGLY choose to skip it that first time. This tells you they were intended to be watched, and every player has the right to watch them. I never mentioned forcing them, but that doesn't mean players don't have a right to the experience that SE put there for that very purpose.
