Zalera do you have a heal class ?

There are times especially in turn 8, when SoS is needed for aggro. So even though it is easy to say, use SoS appropriately and you wont have mana issues on occasion this isnt the case.

Obviously if everything goes according to plan, it should be Ok.

I rarely use SoS for aggro issues. A couple of times just to make things easier. It's mostly for MP. As for T8 in particular I only use it for MP unless something really bad happened and I happen to have it up. I know when dreads are coming, so I don't use med2 before and I don't AoE heal during. When it's about to appear, I might stoneskin the tank. I put virus on the dread, sch puts virus on the avatar, and I use cure1's without the freecure proc until after the tank definitely has it. Then I can use my procs. There generally shouldnt be a need for anything more potent there as long as the whm and sch are used to the pacing. Adl/physic+embrace+cure1 with viruses on both targets and fast DPS should be fine as long as the tank's got the dread pull down.

If what you are talking about is getting aggro on the avatar due to healing, though, then you should check out how you are pacing your heals, look at your overhealing, and cut back on cure3 -- it's only needed if something goes wrong in the final phase with allagan field. I use mostly regens and cure1 on the tank, paced relatively slowly with the incoming damage. usually try to land a heal right after the cleave followed by an esuna. Time med2 to go off right after defensive reactor and the raid wont need more heals (a targeted heal though I think is necessary for the one with tether). This way seems to really even out the MP pace for whm and sch on this turn while keeping aggro down. Before you could ever catch up in hate, you should already have used SoS for mp regen.

Additionally, you may want to check out what the tank is doing. They need to be doing whatever they can to keep hate through the various phases. Don't let them try to slip by with only using 1-2-3 in the case of a pld. They need to use a little burst enmity on that dread where they can, and their off-gcd moves are perfect for that and for keeping that much more ahead of enmity on the avatar for when dreads arent about to spawn.
