First withdrawal - no penalty - things happen in life
Second withdrawal - 3 minute penalty before you can requeue
Third Withdrawal - 6 minute penalty
Fourth withdrawal - 12 minute penalty
Fifth withdrawal - 30 minute lockout
30 minutes may seem a bit harsh, but c'mon. If you're legitimately needing to withdraw that many times, perhaps you should back away from the game and take care of whatever the hell it is that you need to do.
