    @Blackweaver, read through some of the OP's replies. It begins with a reasonable, forgiving 'punishment' harshening the more & more habitual (back-to-back) withdrawals occur.

    For instance, scaling with X # of Withdrawals within Y amount of time.

    Real life happens & he accommodates for that.

    Sounds legit.

    It's not just limited to withdrawing, people are starting to "CT/ST are the biggest examples" of people leaving after the boss they want, since i guess they want nothing else from the rest of the run they just bail after boss runs, i don't think i have ever been in a ST run where at least 3-4 people aren't being replaced after bosses because they bail after coffer. how do you suppose they fix this then?

    I say you lose Ilvl for so many withdrawals and then hopefully those people will just stop playing altogether...jk nah but seriously good suggestions
