It'd make more sense to release a class that actually utilizes the Dex stat rather than trying to fit Ninja into that category.

It makes sense though lore-wise. A ninja does not rely on brute strength, rather, he focuses on precision blows to vital spots on the body. Thus, dexterity is more important than strength.
