I didn't check today but can we have more than one map at a time in our inventory?

They are unique like the other timeworn maps. You can have one in your inventory, one turned into a key item, and one on each retainer.

I don't think you can have a key item Alexandrite map and a key item gathered map at the same time, but I'm not positive.
