The idea is fine in this game, it's just their implementation of it that fails.

Had it been a simple case of just visiting the locations without camping time/weather, I'd be completing the log right now, rather than complaining on the interwebs.

So in other words, you're mad that you couldn't finish this within 2 hours of the patch launching?
