What part of DFs functionality led you to believe it was there to help you win?Exactly, and I maintain that PF is the primary tool for completing the harder encounters because DF is broken. And all the people in here trying to convince me otherwise have actually made my point for me. It's so broken that they don't even consider it a viable tool with which to get anything accomplished, and they are so confused by the idea that it could become useful that they can only defend their own personal mannerisms, even though those were never called in to question.
DF has one purpose - to get people into duties. That's it. It's just there to get you in. It's not some magic hand holding device.
Now that you've been sufficiently called on the carpet; your move, rhetorical, flatulent, fustian, gaseous, gassy, grandiloquent, oratorical, orotund, windy, bloated, elevated, florid, flowery, grandiose, highfalutin (also hifalutin), high-flown, high-sounding, inflated, lofty, ornate, pompous, pontifical, pretentious, stilted, tumid, turgid; overdone, verbose, wordy - BOMBASTIC.

Do you really not realize how absurd that statement is? LOL
Of course it's not "some magic hand holding device". But what is the point of getting in if you're not going to at least be able to learn the encounter? So, in your opinion, it really is practice at hitting the queue button? Because, according to you, DF holds no other purpose altogether.

As others have said, DF is not the problem. Players are and always will be the problem. NOTHING you do to DF will change it. Can't fix what's not broken. And if you think not having kick or abandon would help... it won't. The same thing happened before we had either of them.Do you really not realize how absurd that statement is? LOL
