Freaking out because a player doesn't know a rotation YOU do, won't make that player perform the right one (and by you, it's in general, not certainly you).
The problem is that when you tell someone nicely how to do something you generally get ignored because "I want to play the way I want to" which for most DRGs involves spamming out of combo full thrust and chaos thrust without heavy thrust up. If you're not going to listen to anyone to begin with why even play an MMO? Not once did I complain about anything, but most people wouldn't have to give advice if people would just take the time to see what their skills actually do.

I doubt anyone ever complains when a rotation isn't "optimized" to raid standards in duty finder but when people have gotten to level 50 without knowing the basics of their job people tend to get frustrated if you refuse to at least acknowledge their advice.
