If you don't like, or you think a certain player's rotation/gameplay isn't the right one, instead of complaining, you should teach how to do it properly, if you want to get benefit from it for your party and help you complete the dungeon better/faster. Freaking out because a player doesn't know a rotation YOU do, won't make that player perform the right one (and by you, it's in general, not certainly you).
