    Most likely E3. They probably backlog in personnel that have to either prep to go abroad or on projects that take precedence of patch work.

    Anyone who works at companies that have "trips" knows how much hassle it is even if you're not directly involved.

    IIRC it was actually infrastructure issues (networking/power supply). I'm not an english native speaker so I guess that didn't read as I expected.
