RMTs killed Tell chat channel

If you go to System Menu -> Support Desk -> Frequently Asked Questions (near the bottom of the first page) -> Reporting RMT Advertisements -> Ask a Question, then copy and paste the chat log with time stamp and mention the world name, SE will get back to you quite quickly saying you can un-black list that person now, indicating that that character has already been dealt with. Yes, it takes a few seconds to navigate through that menu, to copy the message and to state the world name but if it stops that character from bugging 200 other people every 2 minutes, that seems like a good thing.

I have yet to figure out how to copy and paste in the game with ps3/4. Pulling up the reporting menu covers the chat box so I don't see the character's garbled name anymore (and it may have scrolled past with other chats/info rolling by.)(Thank you, any RMT using a name such as Sdfa sdfa.) Making the chat box large gets rid of the reporting menu. Suggestions?

I get frustrated too when I'm in a tell convo with a friend and "receive" a tell from a RMT already on my blist. I like the convenience of /r instead of arrowing up to my friends name and clicking on it to send a tell, but I keep getting error "can't send tell, that person is on your blacklist."
